Introduction
QGIS is used to view the model results. For viewing of the 2D map results, see Module 1.
Method
Inspect the resolution of the outputs:
- Open the TUFLOW viewer.
- Select File > Load Results. Navigate to the M07_5m_001.tcf in the Module_07\TUFLOW\runs folder and open it.
- Turn on the Vector Velocity and Velocity from the Result Type panel. View the finer resolution of vectors within the level 2 grid compared to the level 1 grid:
Conclusion
- The velocity and vector velocity outputs were inspected in relation to the grid resolution.
