TUFLOW Message
ERROR 0008 - <filename> cannot be found.

CHECK 0008 - <filename> cannot be found.
Description
TUFLOW is unable to open file shown.
Suggestions
Check to ensure filename is correct in TUFLOW text file, and that file actually exists in the specified location.
