Description
Soil layers that are not the top most layer must use the 'CO' type within the TSOILF.
Suggestions
Ensure any soil layers specified using the TGC command(s) "Set Soil Layer N == " or "Read GIS Soil Layer N ==" or "Read GRID Soil Layer N ==", where N is a number with a value of 2 or more, are referencing soil ID's of 'CO' type. are not referencing soil IDs that are not a 'CO' type.

Note: There is a known bug in the 2023-03 release (pre 2023-03-AF build). It causes soil layers that have an 'Initial Moisture' parameter in the TSOILF that is greater than or equal to the soil porosity to change the soil type to 'NONE'.
