Description
This error can be produced if TUFLOW cannot find the label specified in the 1d_xs 'Column_1' field in the .csv file listed in 'Source'.
Suggestions
Check that the label listed in 'Column_1' matches a header in the .csv file from the 'Source' column. Note, listing a header is optional. It is often used if multiple XS are contained within a single .csv.
