Description
For HPC model running on GPU, the wind and pressure fields of a cyclone boundary are updated on CPU and sent to GPU for hydraulic calculation. Due to the slow data transfer speed between CPU and GPU, HPC model does not update the wind and pressure fields every timestep. The HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval command is needed to specify the update interval of a cyclone boundary.

Suggestions
Specify the HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval. Note that the interval can be specified using second, minute, hour or day:

  • HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval ==: (default) specifies the update interval in second(s).
  • HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval (Minute) ==: specifies the update interval in minute(s).
  • HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval (Hour) ==: specifies the update interval in hour(s).
  • HPC Cyclone Boundary Update Interval (Day) ==: specifies the update interval in day(s).
