Occurs when a WrF (Weir calibration factor for upstream controlled weir flow) of zero has been found.
Suggestions
Check for zero values that may have been inadvertently applied using one or a combination of the following commands: Read GIS WrF==, Set WrF==, Read RowCol WrF==.
