ERROR 3050 - Global Weir Factors must be > 0.

ERROR 3050 - HPC Weir Factors must be >= 0.

Description
The flow ratings of weirs can be factored using "Global Weir Factor" and "HPC Weir Factor". Negative values are not permissible.

Suggestions
Review values supplied to the "Global Weir Factor" and the "HPC Weir Factor" commands.
