Trying to run quadtree solver with no .tgc / .tbc.

Suggestions
Ensure that both the .tgc and the .tbc exist and are referenced correctly in the .tcf by "Geometry Control File ==" and "BC Control File ==", respectively.
Refer to the TUFLOW Manual for more information on the .tgc and .tbc.
