Description
LP line (2d_lp GIS layer) must be completely inside Quadtree mesh.

Suggestions
Use the latest TUFLOW release available from the TUFLOW Website.
Ensure the 2d_lp GIS layer is completely inside the Quadtree mesh. This is the area specified by the regions in the 2d_qnl GIS layer. Refer to the TUFLOW Manual for more information.
