Description
File access error happened when writing SGS parameters to XF file.

Suggestions
Please ensure the output drive has enough memory and good connection with the modeling machine. This could also happen in rare occasion that 2 simulations are writing and reading one XF file at the same time. Please wait for the first simulation to complete the pre-processing and release the XF file before running the following simulations that read the same XF file.
