ERROR 2663 - Disabling temporal output due to GLO output.

Description
Gauge level outputs (GLO) replace the conventional approach of using a "Start Map Output" time and "Map Output Interval" (i.e. it is not possible to get map outputs using a gauge location and also at a regular intervals).

Suggestions
Remove the "Read GIS GLO" command if map outputs at a regular interval are desired.
