ERROR 2219 - Trying to run a double precision model with a TUFLOW single precision .exe.

ERROR 2219 - Trying to run a single precision model with a TUFLOW double precision .exe.

Description
The Model Precision == <precision> command checks that the TUFLOW executable used is that specified. If the message is encountered the precision (single or double) of the TUFLOW executable is not the same as specified. For example, if Model Precision == Double is included in the .tcf and a single precision executable is used an error will occur.
