ERROR 1123 - More than one cross-section line of same priority for channel

Description
Multiple cross-sections with the same priority have been found for channel. Mid channel cross-sections have higher priotity than end cross-sections and will prevail. But if multiple mid channel cross-sections are found TUFLOW will give Error 1123.

Suggestions
Remove superlative cross-section.
