CHECK 2519 - Ignored invisible face for XML Surface.

Description
Any faces in the TIN surfaces that are marked with “i=1” to indicate that they are not visible are not used for setting elevations. Prior to 2018-03-AC these faces were used for setting elevations for any Z points that fell within the faces.
