Reading parameter(s) or option for .tcf command below, or command is ambiguous.

Suggestions
Check command is a valid TUFLOW command as per Appendix A of TUFLOW manual and that the double equal (==) is used as opposed to a single =. For example use
BC Control File == NOT BC Control File = . This error message also shows when using newer commands in older versions of TUFLOW, e.g. using "Solution Scheme == HPC" in TUFLOW versions prior to 2017.
