Description
SA object does not select any 2D cells (active or inactive). For example this could occur when a 2d_sa object is located outside of the active model area. This warning may also occur if the digitised SA polygon does not select any cell centres (ZC points), in the figure below the polygon highlighted in pink does not contain any cell centres and therefore this warning message will be returned.

Suggestions
Check SA object and ensure that it is an active model area and selects at least one ZC zpt, or chose a different inflow location.
