Unable to allocate memory projection parameters.

Suggestions
Check that projection is correctly specified and all GIS layers match the projection from the "GPKG/SHP/MI Projection" command.
This error will also occur if the projection has been specified twice. Ensure the projection is only specified once in the TCF.
