Description
This error indicates that a boundary (2d_bc GIS layer) was assigned an SX to groundwater connection but omitted the layer number. The format for the flag is GW followed by a number 1-9 such as GW3 for groundwater layer 3.

Suggestions
Add the appropriate groundwater layer after GW in the 2d_bc layer attributes.
