ERROR 1522 - Unrecognised or unsupported operating control variable in line below, or invalid line

Description
This error is a bug that will occur if you try to use the operating control variables "dHUD" or "dH12" using the 2013-12-AD or earlier build of TUFLOW. See also point 94 in the release notes.

Suggestions
Upgrade the build to at least 2013-12-AE.
