TUFLOW Message
WARNING 3560 - Face elevations are NOT used in HR Grid Output when "ALIGN" option is used by "HR Thin Z Line Output Adjustment".

Alternate Message
NA

Message Type
WARNING

Description
When using SGS and writing out high resolution outputs, thin breaklines elevations (stored at cell faces) are not used in the DEM_Z_HR output when the "HR Thin Z Line Output Adjustment == ON ALIGN" command is used. This is due to the inconsistencies it would cause between the DEM_Z_HR and the HR_d and HR_h outputs. For example, the water level is snapped to the breakline whilst the DEM_Z_HR elevations are raised along the cell faces:

Suggestions
If users want thin breaklines to show in the DEM_Z_HR they can use the "HR Thin Z Line Output Adjustment == ON", command (without the "ALIGN" option) as the location is consistent with the elevations in the DEM_Z_HR output, for example:
