ERROR 2842 - QPC [Cell id=<>, x=<>, y=<>] has no active cell connected.

Description
A cell within Quadtree is isolated and has no active cell faces that connect to another cell.

Suggestions
Check the message_P.shp layer to find the isolated cell and reconfigure the 2d_code and 2d_bc layers to stop the particular cell from being isolated (or remove it).
