Description
This message incorrectly occurs for TUFLOW build 2012-05-AA or earlier, if a region object in a 2d_zsh.mif/.shp was the aggregation of two or more polygons (e.g. two or more polygons had been aggregated or a region has a hole).

Suggestions
Use the latest TUFLOW release.
