ERROR 2601 - Could not allocate memory for rainfall curves.

Description
When processing the rainfall control file (.trfcf) temporary memory is allocated for processing. An issues was encountered in allocating this memory.

Suggestions
Check that the rainfall grid size and extents are appropriate and the the computer has free resources.
