The number of fields (attributes) in the .dbf file being read exceeds the limit of 128.

Suggestions
This message is highly unlikely to occur if the .dbf file has been created by a GIS or other software. Check the origin of the dbf file and whether it can be accessed by the GIS or other software.
Recreate the file using an empty template file. Always run TUFLOW to create template files, and do not create empty template files manually or copy from other model folders.
