Description
The number of records in the .dbf (data file) does not match the number of objects in the GIS layer. I.e. there are 20 GIS objects in the dataset, but only 19 records in the .dbf file.

Suggestions
Verify the file loads correctly into your GIS software, then re-export or save it as a new file (this can repair the file).
Recreate the file using an empty template file. Always run TUFLOW to create template files, and do not create empty template files manually or copy from other model folders.
