WARNING 2787 - SA boundary applied as SA ALL due to use of "Defaults" command.

Description
This warning occurs for TUFLOW HPC simulations when SA ALL option is turned on because the "Defaults" command are set prior to 2017.

Suggestions
TUFLOW HPC was only released in 2017. Please check if it is intentional to apply default settings prior to 2017.
