ERROR 3525: Potentially SLOW SGS processing of grid using the double precision version of TUFLOW.

Description
Due to an Intel Compiler issue this grid inspection has to be done with un-optimised code and will be slow. Note HPC solver does not generally require double precision engine. If XF files are enabled (default), subsequent initialisations will be much faster.
Suggestions
Consider using single precision or allow for longer initialisation time.
