I am a UK ICE Chartered Civil Engineer, who obtained a MSc Degree in Hydraulic Engineering and River Basin Development from UNESCO-IHE, Delft.
I started my career in hydraulic design and hydropower in the Electricity Company of Costa Rica (ICE) and continued developing my professional skills in Edenvale Young Associates Ltd as a Civil Engineer and as a Hydraulic Modeller. I am currently based in Carcassonne, France where I work as a private Flood Risk Consultant.
