Failed to read object attribute data record for an object in a GIS layer.

Suggestions
Check the GIS layer is not editable or in use. In rare cases restart of any GIS package, where the layer could be opened, or restart of the modelling machine might help. Writing outputs to a different drive if restart is not possible might also help.
