Description
A problem occurred when trying to read the projection line, or projection information, for a .shp file layer.

Suggestions
Check that the .shp file can be read by the GIS software. If WARNING 0420 occurs, this usually indicates that the GIS layer is not in Cartesian coordinates (a requirement for TUFLOW).
Recreate the file using an empty template file. Always run TUFLOW to create template files, and do not create empty template files manually or copy from other model folders.
