Description
Flow from 1D QT region can't be applied to a H boundary or a 2D SX link.

Suggestions
Correct the application of 1D QT region. This Error can also occur when a specific flag (C, O or P) is applied to an incorrect 1D node. For example, if a "P" flag for direct flow into the bottom of pits channels is applied to a 1D QT region containing only open channel nodes.
