Description
Water Level Line (WLL) is being ignored as it doesn't cross a 1D network channel (only valid for WLL with 2 vertices) or snap to a vertex on the 1D network as required for a WLL with three or more vertices.

Suggestions
Ensure WLL snaps to a vertex on the 1D network channel object or crosses channel (only if using 2 vertices WLL).
