Description
Both Gate Speed and Period Opening/Closing commands can define operational speed of gated structures.

• if neither command is specified, the default Period Opening/Closing of 60 sec is used to set the Gate Speed
• if both commands are specified, Period Opening/Closing is ignored and Gate Speed is used

The same rule applies to the Weir Height/Width Speed commands for operational weirs.
