Description
When a Blockage Matrix is enabled, a numeric pBlockage value specified for a culvert is added to the blockage obtained from the matrix. The matrix blockage category is determined using Blockage Default.

Suggestions
Check that the additional numeric blockage is intended. Specify an appropriate Blockage Default or assign a blockage matrix category directly to the culvert.
