ERROR 2002 - Specified "<type>" cell at "<loc>" outside grid limits of "<limits>".

WARNING 2002 - Specified "<type>" cell at "<loc>" outside grid limits of "<limits>".
Description
The 2D cell of layer "<type>" with coordinates "<loc>" is located outside of the 2D domain. The grid limits dimensions "<limits>" are the Grid Dimensions (N, M) reported in the .tlf file where N is grid rows and M is grid columns. The "Check Inside Grid" command controls whether this message is an ERROR, WARNING or not given. Note the layer type "<type>" can be "SA", "PO", "FC", etc.
Suggestions
Check if the 2D cell should be inside the 2D domain or deleted and if the domain is sufficiently specified.
