Description
Found too many or incorrect number of input tables for a boundary type. This is most likely to occur if a 1d_bc layer (which has only 4 attributes) is read into the .tbc. A new error message has been added for the 2016 version of TUFLOW.
This error could also spuriously occur for a model without fixed field inputs if the 2d_bc layer contains the incorrect number of attributes. The 2d_bc layer should contain 8 attributes as follows: Type, Flags, Name, f, d, td, a, b.
Though rarely used, the attributes "f" through "b" can be used to apply modifiers on the boundaries (see TUFLOW Manual for information), if these are missing, Error 2041 can occur.

Suggestions
If the 2d_bc layer has less than 8 attributes, the data should be copied into the correct 2d_bc empty layer.
