ERROR 2147 could occur in a wide range of scenarios, all of which related to memory deallocation errors. These are extremely rare, if you receive this error please send the .tlf to support@tuflow.com.

Suggestions
If receiving message: ERROR 2147 - Could not deallocate memory (RAM) for TIN Interpolation, check that the TIN file contains a valid TIN. 12da and SMS tins are text files that can be opened in a text editor.
