Description
TUFLOW was unable to allocate memory required for storing Quadtree data.

Suggestions
Review the console or log file output, prior to the ERROR should be an indicating of the amount of memory required. For example:
Allocating memory for Quadtree mesh data, memory required <value>kB.
ERROR 2801 - Unable to allocate memory for Quadtree cell centres
Use Windows Task Manager to see how much memory is free.
