Description
Error when generating mesh in input quadtree nesting level (2d_qnl) polygons. This can occur for a number of reasons:

• More than maximum refinement level of 9
• CPU memory allocation failed in <function>
• uFace at already exists between cell <id 1> and cell <id 2>
• vFace at already exists between cell <id 3> and cell <id 4>

Suggestions
This error is rare, should you encounter it, check that sufficient memory is available and try again. If the issue persists, please contact support@tuflow.com.
