Suggestions
The model was likely converted from a classic model that supported multiple 2D domains. This option is not supported by the HPC or Quadtree solvers. The preferred method of cell refinement is using the Quadtree approach. Remove the Start 2D Domain / End 2D Domain command blocks and setup the model for Quadtree or HPC.
