Description
The soils file contains internal spaces for soil ID 'n'. Likely caused by a TUFLOW soils file (.tsoilf) missing a comma between values. For example, the line "1, 0.6 0.3" is missing a comma between "0.6" and "0.3". It should be "1, 0.6, 0.3".
