ERROR 2929 - Invalid Initial Abstraction value (must be between 0 and 1) for SCS type soil with ID: <>.

Description
The SCS (U.S. Soil Conservation Service) initial abstraction parameter is invalid for soil with ID <>. The SCS initial abstraction parameter must be between 0 and 1.

Suggestions
The model infiltration method and its parameters are defined in the TUFLOW soils file (.tsoilf). When using the SCS infiltration method, in the .tsoilf, each soil ID must have a corresponding SCS curve number and SCS initial abstraction ratio. Ensure that soil ID <> has an initial abstraction value between 0 and 1.
