Description
An SGS 2d_zsh polygon or TIN is outside model domain, and will be skipped by pre-processor.

Suggestions
Ensure the 2d_zsh polygon or TIN is inside the model domain. The model domain is defined by the .tgc command "Grid Size (X,Y) == ".
