Description
The value specified in the .tcf command "SGS Breakline Detection Delta ==" is less than or equal to 0. This disables the SGS Breakline Detection Check.

Suggestions
To enable the SGS Breakline Detection Check, ensure that the .tcf command, "SGS Breakline Detection Delta ==", is set to the maximum delta value (>0).
