|message_desc=The Quadtree Control File (QCF) command <tt><font color="blue">Base Cell Size</font><font color="red"> ==</font></tt> and/or the QCF command <tt><font color="blue">Orientation Angle</font><font color="red"> ==</font></tt> were not implemented, so the cell size and/or the orientation angle will default to the values assigned in the TGC. 
|suggestions=If required, include the <tt><font color="blue">Base Cell Size</font><font color="red"> ==</font></tt> and/or the <tt><font color="blue">Orientation Angle</font><font color="red"> ==</font></tt> command in the QCF. <br>
