ERROR 5118 - GIS Format for receiving model must not be GPKG. Overwite global command with command inside receiving model block. Exiting.

Description
The GIS format for the receiving model block has been set to "GPKG". This has been done in either the receiving model block or the 'Global Commands' section of the TUFLOW CATCH Control file (.tcc).
Suggestions
Ensure the following command is in the receiving model block: GIS Format == SHP.
Refer to the TUFLOW CATCH Manual for more information.
