A BC directory has not been specified in the 'Global Commands' section of the TUFLOW CATCH Control file (.tcc).
Suggestions
Ensure a BC directory has been specified in the 'Global Commands' section of the .tcc via the command "Catch BC Output Folder == ". For example: Catch BC Output Folder == ..\bc_dbase.
