TUFLOW Message
ERROR 2002 - Specified "a" cell at "b" outside grid limits of "c".

Description
The 2D cell of layer "a" with coordinates "b" is located outside of the 2D domain. The grid limits dimensions "c" are the Grid Dimensions (N, M) reported in the .tlf file where N is grid rows and M is grid columns. The "Check Inside Grid" command controls whether this message is an ERROR, WARNING or not given."
Suggestions
Check if the 2D cell should be inside the 2D domain or deleted and if the domain is sufficiently specified.
