Line 3: Previously Franciscus worked at Upper Hutt City Council as an Asset Manager of the city’s stormwater system. <u>Technical Skills</u> Hydraulic Engineering, Modelling, Pipe Design: Familiar with Mike11, Mike21, MikeUrban, MikeFlood, WaterRIDE Flood Manager, TUFLOW, Hytran, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and SWAN. Carried out various concept designs for stormwater system upgrades at Upper Hutt City Council (UHCC). Also reviewed detailed culvert and pipe network designs by others as part of Building Consents, Resource Consents and stormwater renewal projects. GIS: Familiar with ESRI ARCView and ESRI ArcMap. This includes linking this with other data sources such as Hansen, Mike11 and MikeUrban.
