If there is only 1 incoming pipe with the invert above the obvert of the outlet culvert, the incoming culvert is ignored and with no inlet culvert to the node a manhole is not possible. |suggestions=Review the inverts on the culverts. A point object in a "1d_mh" layer can be used to set the loss approach at each manhole.
